Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes every feature for up to 70 students, 7 staff accounts and 50 text messages a month, with unlimited emails. You do not need a card to start.
What happens when we pass the Free plan's limits?
Nothing you already have stops working. You cannot add more students or staff until you withdraw people who have left, or contact us about a larger plan. Text messages beyond the monthly allowance wait until the next month; emails are never limited.
Can we use our own grading system?
Yes. You set the assessment components and their maximum scores, the grade bands, remarks, rounding and the pass mark, and you see a live preview before saving.
Do teachers need laptops?
No. Score entry is designed for phones, and marks save on their own, even on a weak network.
How do parents see results?
When you publish, each parent gets a private link by email, or by text when you only have a phone number. They confirm a one-time code and see only their own children's report cards.
How can someone check that a report card is genuine?
Scan the QR code on the report card, or enter its code on the verify page. It shows whether the report card is genuine and current, without showing any marks.
Where is our data kept?
On secure cloud servers outside Nigeria for now. Our privacy policy explains how we protect it.
Can your support team see our school?
Only to help you, with a written reason, read-only and for at most 2 hours. Every visit is logged and your school's owners can see the log. See the privacy policy.
Can we import our students from Excel?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, match its columns, and check a preview with any problems listed row by row. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
